I am writing to you in praise of Mark Farnsworth and to express my gratitude and satisfaction with the ongoing services he provides. Too often we forget to give praise and feedback on services we receive.

I have known Mark for almost 3 years. He manages my future pension for me. I had previously had dealings with another financial company and having met with 2 different representatives decided they were not for me as I felt too pressured into moving my money. I always trust my early impressions and am never wrong thankfully. My first impressions of Mark were excellent. I never felt pressured and at every step of the way have felt he truly cares about what is happening with my investments. Everything has been explained in a way that I understand and Mark has always made himself available for discussion and advice. I have invested in low risk funds as was my request and when I did suggest putting some in medium risk funds Mark was quick to explain the possible pitfalls and impact on my future pension. I have always felt that my money is in the best hands but also respect the fact that today's economy is volatile so there is always a risk.

I view Mark as a great asset to your business and has always been extremely professional and courteous. Finding someone you can trust with the management of your future income is difficult and I am thrilled that I discovered Mark. His love and enthusiasm for his field of work is also very evident.

Many years ago I was messed about for over a year with another Financial Advisor and I was introduced to Mark as I had decided to try and understand the four pensions I had. I was investigating QROPS myself and Mark made everything clear and on my insistence educated me on the different pensions I had so that I had a good understanding of them all. Eventually I asked Mark to be my Financial Advisor and to process my QROPS. Since then I have introduced Mark to numerous people most of whom are my friends and friends of friends. In doing so I have a good understanding of the Malta QROPS schemes.

I have recommended dealing with Mark and he has always been extremely helpful in complicated matters. He has never been anything other than open and honest. He makes people feel at ease with their situation and continues to be my preferred option for recommendations having dismissed many advisors in Cyprus.

I have taken many people to Mark just for understanding of their UK pensions and savings and much more.
